Athena is the outsourced research provider for an East Coast boutique search firm with global reach. We are in our eighth year of this relationship and are a seamless extension of their business. We view this client’s clients as our own: we actively participate in client meetings and have played notable roles in client presentations.
At any given time, Athena is engaged on five to fifteen Director through CEO-level search engagements. We also work on special consulting projects such as defining the market for senior executive talent in a specific area or internal projects such as database design and management.
